Hypnotherapy treatments by Rachael Surtees
Rachael Surtees is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist who specialises in health, wellbeing and regression therapies. In conjunction with her hypnotherapy weight loss programme she is also a qualified fitness instructor and counsellor, so is able to offer ongoing lifestyle support for maximum benefit to her clients.
Rachael also mentors 14 - 16yr olds and has a huge success with her 'Karma for Confident Kids' programme. Testimonials from parents of pre teen and teenage children say that they have noticed a boost in their child's self esteem, concentration, attitude and general wellbeing as a result of hypnotherapy sessions.
