Melanie Roberts is qualified in Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage and specialises in a light touch treatment called Spinal Touch. As a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists, she is bound by the Code of Practice, providing high standards of care using safe forms of healing and helping the individual to get Back In Balance in both body and mind.
No painful snapping or cracking, Spinal Touch is a painless and effective treatment. By encouraging the body to relax and realign it's natural centre of gravity, it rebalances the body helping to alleviate back pain and improve posture. It is suitable for all ages including pregnant women and children. Spinal Touch treatments can also assist with arthritis, asthma, digestive problems, headaches, sciatica and sagging abdominals to name but a few.
